Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Once shipped you will receive confirmation along with a tracking number. It is the buyers responsibility to keep an eye on tracking to ensure a smooth delivery. Please note some couriers are still experiencing delays due to staff shortages. Please know couriers are doing their best to deliver parcels as quickly as possible, and any delays are completely out of our control. 

International Shipping

Please Note: The buyer is responsible for any importation fees applicable in their country. If a parcel is returned to sender due to not paying customs/vat fees, any shipping fees paid when placing the order will not be refunded to the buyer.

Local Drop Off

We offer local drop off to your door within a 20km radius of Armstrong Creek, 3217 (Geelong / Surfcoast, Victoria ).
Once your address is entered in checkout, you will automatically see the option for 'local drop off' if you live within this radius.
Once your order and payment is received, we will be in contact within 2 business days (maximum) to organise a delivery date and time that best suits.
If you have any questions regarding local drop off, please do not hesitate to send us an email.

Returns

Please note we do not accept returns due to change of mind. However if there is an issue with your order upon receiving, such as being faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us via email with the following details within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns after this period. 

1. Name and order number
2. Description of the issue
3. Photos so we can clearly identify the problem

Once we receive this information we will contact you within 2 business days to offer an appropriate solution.
